Medical cannabis has been shown to be an effective treatment for the following conditions under the New York state’s Medical Cannabis Program: cancer; HIV infection or AIDS; amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS); Parkinson’s disease; multiple sclerosis; spinal cord injury with spasticity; epilepsy; inflammatory bowel disease; neuropathy; Huntington’s disease; Opioid dependence; post-traumatic stress disorder; and chronic pain.
You must enter a credit card to reserve your appointment. Your credit card will not be charged until after your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours prior, or your card may be charged a cancellation fee of $100.00.
